Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have capacity to enter into a binding contract under New Zealand law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

2) Accounts & security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may require verification to protect users and the Service.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate gameplay or virtual items.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to access non-public systems.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

4) Virtual chips/items

Virtual chips/coins and other virtual items are licensed, not sold. They may be earned or purchased for gameplay only, are non-transferable, and may be modified, limited, or removed to maintain fair play, comply with law, or operate the Service. You have no ownership right in virtual items.

5) Purchases & payments (if offered)

• Prices and availability may change. Taxes may apply.
• Where purchases are processed by a third-party store (e.g., app store), its payment and refund rules apply in addition to these Terms.
• To the extent allowed by law, purchases of virtual items are generally final; however, nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, artwork, logos, and content. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and adjust or remove virtual items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of doing so.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes, law & venue

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
